IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Our actual attendance was slightly higher than expected, by a difference of 7. As this difference was near negligible, we plan to continue with the same levels of advertising for future events.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to introduce UCSD students to the anime club and our mission to engender a supportive atmosphere in which students are introduced to Japanese anime in a community setting and enjoy weekly social activities throughout the schoolyear.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
We consider the event a success, as our attendance was high, attendees seemed to enjoy the event, introduced students to the club, and the event brough a niche part of Japanese culture to UCSD students.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Attendance did not differ from the A.S. attendance.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
There were no complications that arose during the event.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would account for a potentially higher attendance and plan our GBM accordingly.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
As our online advertisements brought a fair amount of attendance, we would not change much other than posting slightly more often.
