IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We underestimated the number of people we expected would be at the event. We have 7 more people than we anticipated show up. We can decrease the difference by increasing the expected number of people we believe will show up to the event.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
This event was our first ever General Body Meeting. The purpose of the event was to inform students about the club's mission, upcoming events, future aspirations for the club, and opportunities.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, it was far more successful than we anticipated. We got 7 more people than we anticipated and everyone in the event participated in club activities.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Yes, we hadn't anticipated so many people to be interested in the event seeing as percentage of women in aerospace engineering isn't that large.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
There were no complications.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would increase the number of attendees on the form to accommodate food for all members of the club.

None.
