IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We were not sure if everyone at the event had filled out the AS funding form, and this was our first event, so we made a rough estimate for attendance. We will decrease the number of potential attendance for future events.

Allow pre-health students to socialize with others while creating a memorabilia related to their future career path.

Yes, because a lot of the attendees did socialize with others and may voiced that it was fun.

There were no tables set up, so we had to reformat the chairs and buy bowls for people to collect their pieces and work in.

Double checking the room format and advertising more.
