HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We think that there is a difference in the actual attendance that we had at the event because it was a holiday weekend, and most attendees/members had friends who went home.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
Our goal was to encourage members and attendees to practice professional art practices using drawing tablets and build their portfolios.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, we do think this event was a success because it helped artists network, collaborate with one another, and improve their skills.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
We do not believe so, but we do not know what the form recorded vs. what we counted at the event because we do not have access to those results.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
We did not have any complications.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would likely not do this event on a holiday weekend, and considering the capacity of the event vs. turnout, we will likely not be having this event be two days long.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We will likely do an interest check for a similar event in the future, and maybe post a video reel on Instagram to excite people about coming to the event.
