WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of this event was to inform new freshman/students about ACM AI and what our mission is.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The event can be considered a success because people enjoyed the event, learned what ACM’s events are, and also interacted with others during the social.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
There were complications with room booking. CSE didn’t provide the booking number and were closed, so we could not access CSE1202.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Better planning in room booking and also working on integrating the social.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
The advertisements were good for this event.
