IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Slight difference, expected 30 and received 25, in the future I think we just have to still keep guessing but I think we were still fairly accurate.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose was to share events we have for the remainder of the quarter as well as have an activity for everyone to do.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes I would say the event was a success, our goal was fulfilled and the food was good.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
We slightly overestimated possibly because we underestimated our last event quite significantly so we overcompensated just a tad too much.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
Nope, things went well.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Probably placing orders for earlier pickup, it was a little annoying dealing with pickup because getting things on time may be an issue sometimes.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
I think our online promotion game has been going well, probably just maybe more clarity on what exactly we are serving to attract more peple.
