I believe given that it was the first event of the quarter a large number of people showed up and it exceeded our expectations compared to the two previous events.

The goal of the event was to explain about BRASA to incoming members, announce future events and connect students.
I consider the event to be a success as we announced upcoming events including a winter retreat which the attendees seemed very excited about and opened the floor for mingling which was filled with conversation, laughter and good pizza.
Maybe a little bit. Some attendees arrived late and missed the A.S attendance QR code showed at the start of the meeting. We showed it at the end again but I am not sure if all of the late members filled it.
No complications.
I will plan ahead to order more pizzas in case a larger than expected number of attendees shows up like it happened in this event. I was worried it wouldn't be enough but we were still able to make sure everyone got a slice.
No changes, the turnout is proof that our promotional efforts paid off :)
It would be interesting to provide the student orgs with the results of the attendance form so that we too have a way to measure not only the turnout but how active the actual attendance is , i.e. how much are they engaging?
