IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There might have been a difference in the estimated VS actual attendance numbers because a few students did not get any food due to there not being vegan options. We can account for this in the future by getting more vegan options or just putting less for the expected attendance

First GBM of the quarter, to build interest in our club, to help members meet each other and socialize

Definitely a success, a lot of people replied to our attendance Google form that they enjoyed the event and would like more events like this.

Yes because of mentioned reason above. In the photo attached, we only got to take a photo during the pre-meeting rock paper scissors social (before the actual meeting started), which is why there seems to be less people in the photo.
