WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to introduce people to our org and to present the activities that are done for Project Kachieng at our org (EWB at UCSD). Also to serve as a social and a mixer for the various members in our org, along with people interested in joining.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The event was a strong success. We reached close to expected attendance due to good promotion, good timing, and generally good planning for the event.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
No.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
No complications.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We will keep doing the same thing as we used a good formula to get the event going.

We would maintain the same strategy as this brought many people to the event and allowed us to reach attendance goals.
