IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? This is one of the smaller projects, so the attendance was smaller than expected as most members chose this as a secondary project to join. This led to a decreased attendance compared to our core projects.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to introduce people to our org and to present the activities that are done for Project K-12 at our org (EWB at UCSD). Also to serve as a social and a mixer for the various members in our org, along with people interested in joining.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Somewhat, since it had a lower turnout. With better promotion it could have reached the target goal of 25+ as the other GBMs had strong attendance. K-12 is one of the less-attended projects.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
No.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
No complications.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We will keep doing the same thing as we used a good formula to get the event going.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We would maintain the same strategy as this brought many people to the event and allowed us to reach attendance goals.
