IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was 35 expected, and 46 actual. To decrease the difference, I will raise the expected attendance for collaboration events because the reach is wider.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal was to teach people different skills on Figma (autolayout/grids, graphic design, and design to dev handoff)

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes it was a success because people stayed for the whole duration and asked questions. Attendees also interacted with the speakers

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
- The food was not paid for in advance so Jaden fronted the Blue Pepper bill which was unexpected. - Also the ACM QR code for attendance only went to the AS form, so people did not check in on the portal. The attendance was tracked through LUMA which is Figma at UCSD’s method of attendance.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
In the future, I would do a run through of the event since there were 3 spreakers.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
I would make the marketing more cohesive amongst each participating organization.
