WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
First social event of the event to welcome students back to a new year and winter quarter; also served as the official launch of our student org's mentorship program called "FamilE"

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The event was a success because we had a majority of the mentors and mentees in the program show up for the pairing reveal to officially meet and exchange contacts. We also had many general members attend for the games which built a fun and welcoming environment as we are all able to network outside of a professional setting.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
It may differ slightly as a few in attendance may have missed the AS attendance form as they came in late and we showed the QR code at the start before food distribution.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
The event went smoothly without any complications.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
This social was also an event for newer members of our board and committee who haven't held a public speaking/members-facing role before lead the primary games of the event. I believe it was a great experience in which the game leads could practice public speaking/game execution and would absolutely improve upon in future events if they got the chance.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
Personal opinion is the event could have been named better. Promotions followed our standard publicity protocol.
