IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There should have only been a small different of maybe 3 people. I don't know if we can decrease this further as that amount of fluctuation should be normal

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of the event was to have people who were interested in Myanmar or are from Myanmar to socialize. We want to provide a safe space with games and food for them to talk to one another freely.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, I believe it to be a success. We were able to get very close to the expected attendance and everyone at the event seemed to be having fun. While this isn't as big as some other clubs' events, it's one of those small niches where people can feel comfortable.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
No, we had people fill out the AS form only as our attendance.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
We had none, but as we were in Price Center, there were several different help desks we could have gone to.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
I'm not sure if there are any other steps to improve. We might consider a wider variety of foods next time rather than just 1 type.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We would have asked other orgs to promote our event on their instagram pages as well for wider reach.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
No, but I would appreciate it if we were given a bit more leeway, like a week, so that we can adjust our food budgets and such.
