WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of this event was to provide an opportunity for those in Project Forge to come in and showcase the current progress of their games so that they could receive crucial feedback to iterate and improve their game design and mechanics.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes because the turnout was incredible as retention is a massive concern for a project like this. The only negative thing is that we were not prepared for how popular this event would be thus we undersold how much food we needed and the attendance.

Some outlets in the Forum stopped working thus some teams didn't have easy access to power.

Now that we know that this project is quite popular, we can now prepare for the next time we run this project to be bigger and better.
