The purpose was to provide members food to increase productivity.

The event was not a success because not a lot of people came.

It differed because our attendees had schedule conflicts with our event time.

If any complications arose, we would communicate with our principal members to avoid such conflict and make changes ahead of time.

To improve, we would check on our attendees for scheduling to avoid low attendance.
