IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? I think we weren't as diligent with passing out the QR code to everyone that entered as we should've been. We definitely got the numbers but not everyone must have filled it out.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To host a workshop about investing and educate students on different ways they can invest and get into that realm.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, a good amount of people showed up and our event ran smoothly, we were able to transmit the info from our slides and had a good Q&A session afterwards.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Yes, it was a little lower than the amount of people that showed up. I think the person in charge of checking people in wasn't diligent about their job and will be doing things differently next time.

Maybe remember to bring utensils earlier on.
