IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? I think the event happening during a midterm-heavy week affected attendance since students were more busy. I would want to announce the event earlier so people could plan around that.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To inform students about Docker, a common software used for containers in software development. Students were able to experiment by creating their own Docker image, uploading them to the web, and exploring images built by others on the web as well.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, because students were engaged and excited to learn a new software, and we were able to fully complete the workshop and all students were able to follow our instructions and go through all the activities we prepared for them without any major hiccups.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
There were none that I can think of!

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
I would inform students to download software in advance so less time would be spent troubleshooting.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
I would repost or make an announcement for the event on Instagram beforehand, instead of just Discord, to reach more people.
