IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There were a few more people who showed up to the event than expected due to members coming from social media, and due to a higher percentage of members attending from tabling. We were very pleased to have an attendance higher than the 55 people initially expected.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to introduce people to our org and to present the activities that are done at the org. Also to serve as a social and a mixer for the various members in our org, along with people interested in joining.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The event was a strong success. We surpassed expected attendance due to good promotion, good timing, and generally good planning for the event.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
The AS verification form failed to include us, so we were unable to fill it out and had to use our own form to track attendance. It's in the same style as the AS form. See the attached files for our attendance tracking.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
The AS verification form failed to include us so we had to make a form to track attendance. The form is in the same style as the AS form and we got all members to fill it out prior to receiving food. Check the attached documents to verify.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We will keep doing the same thing as we used a good formula to get the event going.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We would maintain the same strategy as this brought many people to the event and allowed us to reach attendance goals.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
Please make sure that we are on the AS form for future events as we do not want our events to get cancelled in the future. We recently got cancelled for another event all of a sudden and I have a feeling it has something to do with this.
