IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? The estimated attendance was 45 students while the actual attendance was about 30. One reason for this difference was that many students in our major had midterms and major project deadlines around the time of the event. Also, another large club was hosting an event at the same time which may have drawn some of the students who initially planned to attend our meeting.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of this event was to host a general body meeting. We intended to promote inclusivity and build a sense of community among students with shared interests in aerospace. During the meeting, we gave a brief presentation about upcoming events, internships, and tours.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, we do consider the event to be a success. Although attendance was lower than expected, the students who attended were engaged and interacted with one another. Many participants were willing to get to know each other and showed a deep interest in the activities that we organized.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Yes, attendance differed slightly from what was recorded on the AS attendance form. While we reminded attendees to fill out the form, we did not strictly monitor the process. As a result, some students likely forgot to complete it. In the future, we plan to have attendees fill our the form individually before receiving food to ensure attendance is recorded more accurately.

There were no complications.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Next time, we intend to promote the event much earlier and on more platforms in order for the event to gather more attention. To incentivize, we'll mention the food being offered during the event as well.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We'll post our events more and earlier. Our graphics as of now are interesting and legible so we'll keep those as they are.
