IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a huge miscalculation in how many people would be able to attend the event and not every person filled attendance. More precaution will be taken in the future in to estimate attended people.

I do not consider the event unsuccessful because there was a need for more work and effort to get people to show up in person.
