It was a success as the groups were able to effectively simulate the competition and were well prepared when the real competition came.
Yes, as we didn't enforce group members to fill out the attendance form and couldn't ensure all attendees completed the form. This will be improved for future events.
Some miscommunications with the tech workers arose, but nothing compromised the success of the event.
Better planning and coordination to obtain more accurate attendance forms and better communication with those from outside our organization.

For events that are cancelled/denied, post-evaluations should not be required. Faster responses would be appreciated but I understand with the volume of requests how that might not be a realistic possibility.
