he projected attendance was 30, and the actual attendance was 20, so there was a 10 person difference. In the future, we can market the event more in order to increase the attendance and decrease the difference in attendance numbers.

The goal of the Clay Charms Crafts event is to provide a way for students to relax during midterm season by making creative clay creations.
yes, because even though we did not reach the projected attendance, at least 10 people stayed for more than 2 hours of the event. People came up with some very creative clay charm creations!

I would order more items for the clay charms such as materials for keychains. I would also try to book the room earlier so that we could get a space in DIB. The event was at the Black Legacy Mural Space, which is a study space for many students, so it was difficult to “claim” the area when people arrive there to use the desks before the event
Since not a lot of people knew where the Black Legacy Mural Space was, I would film a video to show exactly where it is a day or 2 before the event.
