IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? This was a more casual event so in the future I can underestimate for events like these.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose was to allow our members to casually bond with each other and relax from midterms.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes it was because all the members were participating and talking.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Yes, there were less people at the event because it was midterms week.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
No

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
I would try to post more on the social media account and try to avoid midterm weeks for socials.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
I would repost and make sure it was posted on the UC San Diego official story.
