We believe we actually did have 75-80 people however, some forgot/missed filling out the attendance form as the arrived late or had issues with the internet connection in the building.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To create a platform for South Asian Cultural Dance and celebrate it through a series of fun events and performances.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, it was a success as the event ran on time and we had the expected amount of attendance.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
We estimated 75 people and 64 filled out the attendance form. We believe we actually did have 75-80 people however, some forgot/missed filling out the attendance form as the arrived late or had issues with the internet connection in the building. The difference was not super drastic however, as majority of the people did fill out the form.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
We did not have any complications durning the event.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We can try to incorporate any merchandise in the event for attendees next year.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We believe our method of advertisement worked well for the event.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
N/A for feedback. Just wanted to note: some members put down that they recieved food at the event while others didn't. The food provided was not A.S. funded - all A.S. funds were used only for covering the venue rental cost. Hence, this is why most people put N/A, as they understood the question as asking about A.S. funded food at the event. However, there was some confusion regarding this question which caused others to put down food items. Also for the photos of the event below - the person assigned to taking photos for the event is still editing them and hence we don't have access to them yet. We have some videos of the performances and therefore we submitted screenshots below to show that we had people attending the event.
