IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? It was our first time hosting this kind of event and we gauged the estimated attendance based on our general board meetings, which consistently average a 30 person attendance. In the future, we'll know that these movie nights tend to have a lower turnout.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of the event was to provide an informal get together space in the end of winter quarter for members to watch a movie (that has special meaning to brazilians) together.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I consider the event to be a success given the atmosphere we created which was fun and enjoyable to all present. I also believe that if we repeat this event in the future, attendance will be higher because of referrals to friends.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Maybe a little bit. Some attendees arrived late and missed the A.S attendance QR code showed at the start of the meeting. We showed it at the end again but I am not sure if all of the late members filled it.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
No complications.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We could advertise the event more frequently, in hopes for a greater turnout.

No changes, only in frequency.
