IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? Underestimated the amount of attendees due to low initial interest as seen in the low rsvp. A couple of reminder emails and announcements increased attendance for this event to over 53 participants as those that did not RSVP showed up.

Yes, we had more attendees than expected!

Yes, our event was a week earlier than the AS Funding Date. We have included copies of the rsvp sheet, sign-in sheet, and photos of the actual event to prove attendance.

Request more chairs in anticipation of unexpected attendance over the rsvp count.
