IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? I think there was a difference between the estimated and the actual attendance numbers because we were trying to account for members who we originally thought wanted to stay in the organization. But there are many taking gap quarters, or leaving the organization as a whole.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal was to kickstart quarter and allow our returning members to get introduced to their roles.

I do consider the event to have been a success, because we were able to run through everything smoothly.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
I think there were some students who may have came in late who didn't get a chance to fill out the form. Next time, we will ensure that everyone will fill it out.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
I think we should have a place to keep the AS attendance form up at all times during the event.

I dont think any changes were needed.
