IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a slight difference in event attendance versus how many people we expected to show up, likely as a result of the venue of choice being difficult to access. In future events, we'll be marketing events in such manners where there'll be clear instruction on how to reach the venue.

This event was a success, since it allowed for Startup Incubator Club to meet undergraduate students interested in joining its team, advertise who we are and future events we had planned throughout the quarter, all while providing an opportunity for undergraduate students to socialize and be informed about the start up process and how to get involved.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
Attendance may have differed from what was recorded on the A.S attendance form as it was our first hosted event and we were unprepared in recording attendance via the A.S form. Some people who showed up may have left before we began recording A.S attendance.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
In future events we'll be mandating attendees to fill out the A.S attendance form before entering our event or receiving any sort of items our event may have to offer, such as A.S funded food/snacks/drinks. Additionally, we'll take photos from events to have documentation of attendance.
