HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a small difference in the attendance. This is because the event was hosted on a holiday and it also rained when it was intended to be an outdoor activity. The rain might have made people less incentivized to travel to the event.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose was for students to go outdoors and interact with each other. However, it quickly became an indoor social where people could bond and make friends over board games. The event is also intended for people interested in AI to interact with each other.

Yes, the event is considered a success. This is because there was more attendance than expected with the conditions, and also people were able to interact with each other.

Yes, some people didn’t sign in and did A.S. for food.
