WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to get together as an entire club and discuss how the progress has been going since the last meeting, especially with competition coming up.

Yes, there were really good presentations and a lot of good ideas and suggestions were raised.

There is nothing I'd change personally. Overall the meeting went smoothly and there was enough food for all participants.

None, we didn't have advertisements as this was a meeting highly recommended to members.
