WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of this event is to update members on the organization’s activities, goals, and upcoming opportunities while fostering communication between members.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I'll say the event have been a success. Although many people were absent, members actively discussed and provided comments to the current committees.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
People were not too motivated to sign up because the food a bit late, plus some of them had to leave early so we let them grab some food before going and some probably didn't get to scan the code.

We will confirm attendance and set a deadline to inform absence to control the amount of food we ordered.
