IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a difference of 16 less attendees than the expected 40. This may be due to the poor weather and spike in midterms during week 6. Additionally, that day was Lunar New Year, resulting in many members celebrating with friends and family. We can be more cautious with the days which we plan events in the future.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal was to give members a space to destress during midterm season while giving them a fun craft to bring home.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I believe the event was mostly successful because even though the attendance was lower than expected, members really loved their resulting tote bags.

We can be more cautious with the days which we plan events in the future so that members are more inclined to attend events.
