IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? I think we did overestimate the amount of attendees we would get. Instead I think we should underestimate to better consider the constraints of the room and how many people express interest in our events.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
We wanted to build a safe space to share our favorite characters without shame and draw together in order to build closer connections in the community.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I do consider it a success! Each person I spoke to at the event said how much they enjoyed it, and how quality it was.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
No.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
There were no complications during the event.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We will better estimate our attendance, and prepare our materials more promptly before the event starts.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
Perhaps posting the event more and having more reminders of it would be helpful.

If possible, also cover the cost of taxes when we order materials. It is a small amount, relatively, but it does add up.
