IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? We definitely ended up with way more people than anticipated, it was interesting because when we had this event last year we only had hot dogs and probably barely had 10 people, but this year the addition of HeyTea ended up spiking attendance to about 30-35. I think we should just take into consideration the effect of including HeyTea next time.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal was to bring people together to have a very social hangout with drinks and sketching while eating hot dogs that we grill.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I think it was successful in most senses, the failures would just be in the underestimation of attendance and after that inevitably several people came with no intention of sketching which at the end of the day I suppose is inevitable when we bring a high demand item.
