WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose of the event was to meet up with all the volunteers and event supervisors for our 2nd annual TritonSO Invitational.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
We consider the event to have been a success as we reached our estimated attendance and attendees seemed to enjoy the event or have verbally expressed positive feedback to principal members.

No

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
The principal members had printed but forgotten to share the AS Funding Google Form at the event. However, attendance was still documented through an attendance sheet and submitted to the AVP of Student Orgs.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
In the future, principal members will ensure to not repeat this mistake by creating a reminder for ourselves to share the AS Funding Google Form during AS funded events.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
We would appreciate more clarity in instructions for after a funding request gets approved. For example, the process of ordering approved food funding requests and post-evaluation steps. Thank you!
