IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? I believe there was a difference in the number of attendance because the program was misunderstood to be a different event. With that in mind, it was expected to have more attendees than was seen.

The goal of this event was to provide students with a place to study for midterms and be productive enough to excel in their studies as undergraduates.

I do consider this event to be a success. Even though we did not hit the number of attendees expected for the original event, it still allowed those who needed it the space to study and do their work in preparation for midterms.
