We believe we failed at properly advertising for the event. This is the lowest attendance we have had for the entire school year. We also have come to the conclusion Week 9 is not an optimal time for our members. In the future we will not hold events that late in the quarter, and use our Member Engagement and Publcity chairs more to adveretise more

he goal of the event was to help our members learn more about the medical residency process and the different pathways that can lead to a career in medicine. Through a panel format, students had the opportunity to hear directly from speakers who came from diverse academic, professional, and personal backgrounds. Each panelist shared their journey to medicine, discussed their experiences during medical school and residency, and offered insights into the challenges and opportunities they encountered along the way. This format allowed students to gain a broader understanding of the many routes into the medical field while also asking questions and engaging in meaningful discussion. By hearing a range of perspectives, attendees were able to better understand the realities of pursuing medicine and gather advice to help guide their own career paths.
The content of the event was good and interesting, but as the turn out was so low, I would not consider this a success.
Yes, the AS Attendance form is missing a few board members who forgot to fill out the form while assisting in running the event.
No complications occured.
