WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of the event was to provide a relaxing space for students to study, enjoy free refreshments, and take mental breaks with board games.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I think the event was very successful because we saw many students studying as well as playing board games and enjoying themselves together.

There were no complications.

For the next event, we would like to focus on stronger promotion of the event.

I think our online advertisement and promotion was sufficient for the time that we had, but could be improved by being posted earlier so attendees have a notice more ahead of time.
