IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a larger attendance rate than the original TAP number, however due to the inability to change to number it varied compared to the outcome.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal was to introduce members to Cantonese movies and share a space where members can enjoy the night watching and relaxing.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes it was successful as everyone had enjoyed their time watching the movie and attendance was manageable.

There may be a few attendances that were not able to fill out the form.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
There was an underestimation of attendance, so drink supply was limited.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We will emphasize RSVPing for the event and expecting more turn out.
