HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? This event took place early in the quarter, so some students are still adjusting to their new schedules. In the future, we can host events farther into the quarter.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal of this event was to recruit new members and bond with current members. We also introduced our club's mission, next year's board, as well as steps to get involved.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, we consider this event to be a success. We had a pretty good turnout, and everyone who attended had a lot of fun. We had several new members who were interested in joining our organization, and all of the attendees had a good time playing Jeopardy.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
I do not yet have access to what was recorded on A.S. attendance verification, but I do not believe that attendance differed. We made an effort to ensure that everyone who came signed in promptly through the A.S. attendance form and our own paper record.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
No complications arose.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
I believe that our event went really well, and I do not feel that we need to change any of our marketing or social ideas in the future.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We will probably follow a similar method as usual, where we post on Instagram and send out flyers via email to promote our events and spread awareness of our events.
