IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a difference of 7 less attendees than expected. There may have been a difference in attendance because this social was held by our operations committee rather than our social chair. This could have resulted in some members believing the event was not exactly a social despite the name since it was announced at GBM under the operation coordinator section rather than the social committee section. We have clarified this and will now reorganize where we will announce it during GBM.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The goal was to give members a space to start the quarter off strong while giving them a fun craft to bring home and a new skill they can apply at camp.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I believe the event was mostly successful because even though the attendance was lower than expected, members really loved their slime.

We can be more cautious with how we frame our events at GBM so that members know the true scope of the event.
