IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? I think there was a difference maybe because people did not know about it, so maybe to decrease the difference in attendance numbers we can start advertising for events earlier.

The goal of the event was to have members learn how to get involved in upcoming fundraising opportunities, and to also learn more about the 5k event we were planning.

Yes! We had a good turnout of people and many people we spoke to enjoyed the informational session.
