IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a difference of about 2 people, which was because some of our regular members had schedule conflicts at that time. In the future, we'll try to improve our advertising so more new attendees can come.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The purpose was to create a space of community for AAPI-identifying undergraduate students to unwind from the stresses of all college and build connections together.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, everyone who attended had fun and we were able to reach out to our community, acting as a space for students to connect both with us and each other.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
From my knowledge, I don't think it did.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
If complications arose we would have handled it best we could, and if it was more than we could handle we would have contacted a higher up.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Next event, we would hold it during a less busy time to improve attendance, and we would generate more publicity through advertising.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
Next time, we could post more fun stories to get people interested before the event starts.
