IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? The AS attendance form did not have our event on it and so we couldn't collect attendance besides our own internal form. After communicating with Chris Kreins (AVP) our attendance requirement was waived for this event.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The event was meant to expose students to the college to industry transition of four panelists from Booz Allen Hamilton. It was in the style of the popular Youtube series and facilitated relaxed conversation between attendees and panelists.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I think the event was successful. Despite being in a further corner of campus, we garnered a decent amount of attendees from our target backgrounds of CS and engineering students.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
The AS attendance form did not reflect our event on the day and this was resolved a bit late.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
There were complications with the AS form.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
I might try checking the AS form earlier in the day to avoid any such issues.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
Perhaps promoting earlier would help future events and circulating within relevant circles more rigorously.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FEEDBACK FOR US ON THE A.S. FUNDING APPLICATION/PROCESS? HOW CAN WE BETTER SUPPORT YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION?
Double checking of AS attendance forms would be helpful so that our attendance numbers are accurately represented. The date of the event was changed and this change was communicated but not reflected in systems which caused problems with our TAP and attendance.
