WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
Our goal was to have a social event to get our members and attendees of the art community to come together and get to know each other better. We hosted icebreakers and had food to encourage engagement.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
This event was a success, and all of our seats got filled up. We ran out of our AS funded items.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
We do not believe so, but we do not know what the form recorded vs. what we counted at the event because we do not have access to those results for this event specifically.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
There were no specific complications.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
We would try to come more prepared to be able to bring the drinks to our event since we did not have access to a cart at the time. For the event itself, we might try to add a new art activity for next GBM.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
We think that our online advertisements were done well. Next time, we could try and produce a short video/reel for the event.
