In the future we intend on being more careful about when we host our events.

The event was to draw in a more general member base with a relaxed craft event.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
The event could have been more heavily promoted. For more professional leaning events it's easy to circulate promotion within relevant professional/technical clubs but for this event we as it is had less manpower and also struggled to promote among the other two events we had.

We had a lower bandwidth for this event due to the multiple events this week.

Perhaps planning our calendar better to not have back-to-back events.

I think the promotion was less rigorous. I would make it more of a point to space out events to no promotion gets drowned out.
