IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE IN THE ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU THINK THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE. HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? There was a slight underestimate of actual attendance numbers. This was due to lower turnout at events in the last school year. We hope to continue having slight increases in actual attendance numbers compared to estimated attendance numbers in the future.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To give ISPE a professional development event by hosting a resume and cover letter workshop.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
Yes, we were able to garner at least 20 attendees.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
We displayed the QR code for attendees to scan before getting food but not all of them may have done it. To avoid conflict, we did not scrutinize each attendee on AS Funding form submission.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
None

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Event went well. However, the venue was not ideal for the workshop as there was not a TV screen nor a projector already in place in the Governance Chambers.
