HOW CAN YOU DECREASE THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTENDANCE NUMBERS FOR FUTURE EVENTS? The mentors and mentees cancelled last minute due to schedule conflicts. But I think the attendance was decently close to estimated attendance.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
The event was a mixer for our Mentor and mentees, to discuss year-end goals over decorating cookies.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I think the event was a success because of how productive the discussion was. Mentees described how mentors had helped them through certain goals and projects through the year.

The attendance did not differ significantly.

There were no complications with the event.

Better coordination with mentor-mentee pairs could help. We intend on making our mentor-mentee program a focus for next year.

I think the promotion was good, besides more individualized promotion and coordination in our mentor-mentee pairs.
