There was a difference in expected attendance because it wasn't anticipated that some members would have class at the planned event time.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OR GOAL OF THE EVENT?
To inform members of club information and upcoming events, and general happenings in the field of prosthetics.

DO YOU CONSIDER THE EVENT TO HAVE BEEN A SUCCESS? WHY OR WHY NOT?
I would consider the event to be a success. Everyone was social and the atmosphere felt energetic.

DID ATTENDANCE DIFFER FROM WHAT WAS RECORDED ON A.S ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION? IF SO, WHY?
It might. I didn't get a proper headcount at our meeting. This is my first time doing an AS funding form, so I didn't anticipate having to verify attendance.

WHAT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS AROSE DURING THE EVENT?
No complications.

WHAT STEPS OR ITEMS WOULD YOU IMPROVE FOR THE NEXT EVENT?
Scheduling a better event space – scheduling earlier.

WHAT ONLINE CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE TO ADVERTISEMENTS OR PROMOTION?
No online changes, but I would flyer more around campus next time.
