Yes because we had a great turnout, we had prospective members come up to us to ask questions about upcoming quarter events and board positions.

We decided to have our own attendance form later on but couldn't display both at the same time so next time we will have the AS form and our own form up simultaneously

Start the event 15 mins after the room reservation to allow more time for food pick up and set up
